We provide legal assistance in the field of contract law (including

Presentation at Court
We represent the customer’s interests in legal agencies (commercial, administrative proceedings, arbitration) at any stage of the trial and execution procedures of the judicial decisions, draw up procedural documents (claims, objections, motions, complaints, etc.).
We provide advice on strategy and tactics of participation in the litigation, “acceleration”, “slowdown” of consideration of a case, using the opportunities provided by procedural law.
Such a tool of dispute resolution as arbitration courts has become increasingly popular among commercial enterprises. The advantage of solving disputes in a court may be that the dispute is settled without government intervention, and the parties recognize the authority of the court and are ready to fulfill its decision, so this legal instrument is fairly mobile and efficient. In addition, the arbitration award is subject to appeal only in exceptional cases. We provide advice to the customer, and we can determine the necessity and appropriateness of this legal instrument providing adequate legal support. It does not matter where in Ukraine the court trial will be take place, even in another region, the majority of legal services may be provided in Kyiv, because there are more qualified lawyers. And, if it is necessary, the Lawyers may make business trip or involve legal experts from other cities.
Registration of companies
We assist in the registration of enterprises, changes to the constituent documents (change of the composition of participants, increase/decrease in share capital, etc.) during the reorganization of companies (merger, division, separation, joining, transformation).
We also render services in the selection of nominees and managers. This service is required when there is a need for entrepreneurs to withdraw from the members (shareholders) of a business entity, but there are no trustees to transfer corporate rights to. Or when it is sometimes necessary to put the company into the “sleep mode” or establish a new company to start a new business, but the start date of the business is not yet known.
In such cases, a possible solution could be the transfer of corporate rights to a nominee or the establishment of an enterprise with a nominal founder and manager for the purpose, when the need arises, to transfer corporate rights to the right individuals or replace a nominee for a permanent director.
Such an approach allows us to keep the company in a mode of constant readiness, but the real owner is relieved of the need to monitor the current state of affairs: accounting record-keeping, reporting etc.. Depending on the wishes of the customer we will render services on the selection of nominal owners and managers.
Legal support and representation in the criminal proceeding, advice on criminal law
In recent years most officers of businesses have been subject to pressure from law enforcement agencies as potential objects of official or commercial crimes such as tax evasion, misuse of funds that were received under government orders, etc..
In most cases, due to the lack of legal knowledge, officials of businesses are unable to provide timely and, most importantly, appropriate repulse in reply to such illegal encroachments by law enforcement agencies.
